- 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: ATI presentation - Creating a culture for retention of faculty and students in nursing education (30 minute break will be included to visit with Vendors)
- 12:00 - 1:00 pm: Lunch and Vendor Tables
- 1:00 - 3:00 pm: Wolters Kluwer presentation - Brain-based learning to support student engagement, retention, and socialization
- 2:45 - 3:00 pm: Break with coffee service
- 3:00 - 4:30 pm: Wolters Kluwer presentation continues; questions, discussions, and evaluation

Hello,
We hope you are doing well. The NYS Council of Associate Degree Nursing (CADN)/New York League for
Nursing (NYLN) conference will be in person on April 10, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza (Desmond) in Albany,
NY. The planning committee is seeking vendors for the event. The sponsorship opportunities are as
follows and are on a first come, first serve basis:
- Evening before presentation and Vendor table: $1,000 (one opportunity) CADN/NYLN will
market your event to the membership who are attending the conference and this will also
include everything under the vendor table sponsorship. (Vendor will organize and pay for the
presentation with the hotel directly to include AV, room, food, etc.). - Tote bag sponsor - $2,000 (one opportunity): provide your company logo tote bag used for main
conference materials; and everything also included under the vendor table sponsorship. - Vendor tables - $600 (20 opportunities): includes one vendor table with two chairs; breakfast,
break, and lunch for two people; and company logo on the sponsor sheet. Maximum of two attendees.
